Quarantine — Day 7
New routine. It's all about family.
Quick update
There’s only one reason I do all my time tracking and detailed logging: learn and grow. I was reading on my logs from the last weeks and noticed a wicked pattern: I was being too focused on productivity and growth that I was not giving my wife the time she deserves. I don’t want to be giving advice on work-life balance when I’m 40 after having screwed up my life for work; I want to commit to change, starting now.
It’s not that I consider myself a workaholic. I get to spend a considerable amount of time on the things I value the most. But there’s always room for change. I’ll commit to work until max 7:00pm from now on.
